Concept & narrative arc
From numbers and deals to a human story
Concept: Over the span of several months, the PalaFilm team works with you to reconstruct the key beats
of your life and career: origins, breakthroughs, failures, reinventions and the quiet moments that never made headlines.
Through interviews, visual archives and newly filmed scenes, your story becomes a coherent, emotionally resonant film.
We move between past and present — the first office, the early factory, the city where it all began — and today’s reality
of board meetings, global operations and family gatherings. The film is not a commercial, but an honest, beautifully
crafted portrait of character, choices and values.
In its final movement, the film looks forward: how the next generation, your partners and your communities carry the
story further. The question becomes not only what you built, but what remains.
Act I
Origins & first risks
Childhood, formative influences, first jobs and the decision to step into business. Early offices, first clients,
first loans and the people who believed in you when the outcome was uncertain.
Act II
Building the engine
Growth, expansion and structure. Hiring, crises, breakthroughs, internationalization. The tension between ambition
and limits, between work and family, between vision and reality.
Act III
Trial by crisis
A major setback or turning point — market crash, political change, personal loss or strategic risk. How character and
values are tested under pressure, and what had to be sacrificed or reinvented.
Act IV
Passing the flame
Succession, legacy and meaning. Conversations with family and key partners, the values you want to leave behind and the
message you want to send to future generations and the world.
